AaMe gets each saree from different weavers across the eastern part of the country. We aim to be the most trusted brand in India when it comes to quality and service .

With multiple beautiful designs in fine quality ,we proudly flaunt our Indian heritage in a contemporary way!

We also try to craft few collections(Summer’23) hyper locally, by sourcing , dyeing,printing and stitching the sarees from local artisans and tailors working hard to achieve a stable workflow and financial independence.

AaMe has a mix of pure cotton as well as blended silk saree .

Payments

We accept all credit cards & debit cards, UPI, COD (for some products) or netbanking for domestic shoppers. 

Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Though we try to dispatch our orders within 2 to 3 days of reciving the order, the dispatch timeline is 7-10 working days as we work on source/make to order basis to avoid over produce and reduce textile wastage.

You will find shipping timelines mentioned under every product in the description section. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email(Shipping generally takes 3-5 days after dispatch of order from warehouse)

Returns

Cancel , Return /  Refund  & Exchange Policy :

Cancel - 

1.We allow cancellation for orders as long as they are unshipped.Once the order is shipped , you can raise return request after delivery.

2.If you wish to cancel your order before shipment , please write to us at info@shopaame.in with subject line - "Cancel My Order - <Order ID>

A refund for a canceled prepaid order will be processed within 1-2 working days after the cancellation and the bank may take up to 7-8 working days to credit the amount to your account. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Exchange - 

We have a 5 days return / exchange policy (5th June 2024 onward) .For exchanging a product, the same product can be exchanged for a different unit - please note that you cannot exchange a product with another kind of product. If you wish to get another product in exchange of the ordered product ,kindly opt for return and store credit. 

After the product is picked up, a new order for the different unit will be auto placed and the shipping fee will be charged again(as applicable).

Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 5 days(Applicable for orders placed on or after 5th June 2024) of receiving the product would not be accepted.

Return -

Please visit this link here to request a return . The request has to be placed within 5 days (Applicable for orders placed on or after 5th June 2024 )from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and selecting the item you wish to return in your order. We will then initiate a return pickup .

Once the reverse pick up is done , the refund will be processed after the returned item reaches our warehouse and is inspected.Please note it takes 7-14 working days for the product to reach our warehouse.

In case of a store credit a coupon will be provided to you via Email which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The store credit will be of the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order. 

A refund for the returned order will be processed within 1-2 working days after we have received and inspected the product. The bank may take up to 7-8 working days to credit the amount to your account. 

In the case of COD orders, we will require your bank account details to process the payment.

The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.

 

Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.

Please note:

1.Misprints & Colour difference from website images do not qualify as damaged product.Small variations in the printing are part of what make Indian block print fabrics so special, a single unwanted movement can result in little smudges or irregularities which does not considered as Defect.

2.In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can mention the same on the link here. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.

3.Please note that it takes approximately 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach us. Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided into the customers' bank account or as store credit.

4.Any order is eligible for an Exchange or Return only one time.

5.The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:

  • The specific product/model is out of stock.
  • Order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
  • Shipping address is not serviceable.
  • Any other reason beyond the control of merchants.
  • AaMe reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchanges

It takes 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach our warehouse. Only after we receive it and check the product will the credit note/exchange/refund be initiated.

Shipping

Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ returns within India. We do not ship or extend this service out of India.

Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us and reimburse Rs. 100 or the shipping cost value, whichever is lower. 

Currently we do not do international shipping.

We ship our products only in India.
